Admission Information

Admission is granted purely on merit regardless of religion, caste, creed or community.First registration form is to be filled up with accurate information regarding the students along with the necessary documents.No formal test is taken for admission in any classes. Assessment is done whether the students is eligible or not to be taken in particular classes.AGE: The child must be minimum of 4 ½ years to seek admission in class 1st and 13 years in class 9th. (The students of RTE must complete 6 years by March to admit in class 1st)

The following documents are to be attached at the time of final admission:

  • Proof of age (In primary classes)
  • Health certificate / report (In case the child has any major ailment)
  • Mark sheet / report card (Photo copy only) of previous class
  • Recent Passport size photograph (Two)
  • Transfer certificate

Students coming from outside of Rajasthan must get the transfer certificate countersigned by the Education Officer of the district where the school is located. The school follows guidelines of the Rajasthan govt & the RBSE for admissions.The principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application for admission because of documents, lack of qualifications and other reasons whatsoever. No changes in name, father`s name, mother's name and date of birth will be entertained once the child has taken admission and deposited relevant documents.

Fee Structure

  • On confirmation of admission , the parents has to deposit admission fee , one quarter installment of tuition fee caution money and other activities fee .
  • No development, Re admission fee , promotion fee , TC charges are taken.
  • Rest three quarterly installment of tuition fee are to be deposited in July , November , January respectively. Detail of fee can be obtained from the school office . Fee payable are subject to change after the completion of the session or as per the guidelines of the state govt.
  • The last date of paying fee is 15th of every paying month. After that late fee of Rs 20 /- per day may be charged. Fee once paid is not refundable. It can be adjusted with reason only. Parents are advised to take receipt of every payment in the school and keep them safely for the future references . Duplicates receipt will be given normally when you need.
  • I n case of non-payment of fee by the end of the 1st month following the previous quarter, name of the student will be struck off from the rolls of the school without any prior notice and his/her subsequent continuation in the school will be only on payment of re-admission fee plus fine for delayed payment.
  • A month’s notice will be required for leaving the school. otherwise caution money will not be refunded. Fee to be deposited by local cheque, duly crossed, in favour of “M.D , The Sunrise National School,Rasnali Bansur . Please write student’s name,class and phone number on back of the cheque.
